The agreement between you and MILLENNIUMS.AI for use of our autonomous AI-application penetration testing service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MILLENNIUMS.AI website, application, and API (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
MILLENNIUMS.AI is an autonomous security-testing tool that actively probes and attempts to exploit the AI applications you point it at, in order to find and prove real vulnerabilities. Because the Service performs live offensive testing, how you use it is governed strictly by Section 2.
You may only scan systems you own or that you have explicit, written permission to test. The Service actively attempts to exploit its targets. Pointing it at anything else may be a crime under computer-misuse laws.
You are solely responsible for having valid authorization for every target you scan. You represent and warrant that, for each scan, you either own the target or hold current, documented permission from its owner to conduct penetration testing against it. You must not use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe is scanning without authorization, and may cooperate with law enforcement.
You must provide accurate information, verify your email, and keep your credentials and API tokens secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Each plan carries a per-scan budget ceiling that halts a scan when reached, so an autonomous run cannot exceed the cap you select. Fees are stated on the pricing page, are billed in advance, and recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
You retain all rights to the source code, targets, and data you submit ("Your Content"), and to the scan results and findings the Service produces for you. You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. Each scan runs in an isolated, per-scan sandbox that is destroyed on completion, and we never use Your Content to train any model. See the Privacy Policy and Trust Center for details.
The Service, including its software, models, attack skills, branding, and documentation, is owned by MILLENNIUMS.AI and protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they transfer no ownership. The underlying open-source engine remains subject to its own licence.
Security testing is inherently incomplete. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will find every vulnerability, that findings are exhaustive or error-free, or that a target is secure because a scan reports no issues. You remain responsible for the security of your own systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MILLENNIUMS.AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You will indemnify and hold MILLENNIUMS.AI harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms — including any scan you run without proper authorization.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; Sections 5–9 survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
